Greenslopes Family Practice has a system for receiving and following up calls from patients.

Calls requiring urgent medical advice will be immediately transferred to either a Doctor or nurse.

All other calls are documented and returned when a nurse or Doctor becomes available. In some instances, the Doctor may require you to make an appointment to come into the surgery to address the query.
