Greenslopes Family Practice is committed to supporting our patients through the pandemic, so we ask that if you have a cough, sore throat, runny nose, temperature, or any respiratory symptoms, to please phone the clinic in advance to advise the Doctor.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm. Please call our reception staff on (07) 3397 1875 to book an appointment.

Our standard appointment time is 15 minutes. If you require a longer appointment please advise of this when making your appointment so the appropriate time can be allocated to you.

Emergency appointments are available; please advise the reception staff of urgent matters which will be dealt with promptly. We always endeavour to see sick children on the same day.

If you are unable to make your allocated appointment, please let the receptionist know as soon as possible. We are often heavily booked and this allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Telehealth Consultations; Scripts, referrals, results and many issues can be appropriately managed over the phone.  If you are a current patient of our practice you may be eligible for a telehealth consultation. Please note that to meet the Medicare billing requirements you must have attended the practice in person at least once in the 12 months prior for a consultation.
