In line with the practice policy an appointment is required for all script and referral requests.  

In unavoidable circumstances, repeat referrals or scripts may be provided at the Doctor’s discretion without consultation but will incur a fee of $27.50. Please note that 48 hours notice is required for all referral & scripts without a consultation.
